Sony Xperia XZ2 with SD845, 6GB RAM launched in India

Sony had unveiled Xperia XZ2 smartphone at MWC 2018 event in Barcelona. Now, company has launched the smartphone in India.
The device measures 153 x 72 x 11.1 mm and weighs 198  grams. It has rear mounted fingerprint sensor and comes with IP65 / IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
Its Hybrid Dual SIM slots support 4G VoLTE. There is a 3180 mAh battery which supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, Qnovo Adaptive Charging and Qi Wireless charging.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 specs include 5.7-inch Triluminos HDR display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has corning gorilla glass 5 protection, both at the front and back.
The mobile packs in an octa-core Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU. It has 6GB RAM, 64GB ROM and allows further expansion up to 400GB using MicroSD card.

At the back side is a 19MP single shooter with LED Flash, /1/2.3-inch Sony Exmor RS sensor, F/2.0 Aperture, 5-axis AIS, Predictive capture and 960Fps slow motion video capture.
For audio buffs, it has Stereo speakers with S-Force front surround, LDAC, DSEE HX and USB Type-C audio support. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C 3.1, NFC etc are supported.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 is highly priced in India at Rs. 72,990. It comes in Liquid Black colors. The handset will be available in India from August 1st via Sony Center and select Mobile Stores.
