Vertu has come to life as it has unveiled its latest luxury smartphone called Aster P. It comes in two series namely Baroque and Gothic, with only notable difference being its appearance.
The Vertu Aster P is made from premium materials. It has Titanium alloy frame, sapphire glass screen and leather rear panels. There are two panels at the back that open with a wing-like motion and under them is SIM slot(s) and signature of the person who handcrafted the phone.
It has traditional concierge button on the sides which connects you to a personalized service. It can be used to make travel plans, book dinner reservations etc. The device is exclusive to China and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS. Notably, there is no Google services.
The Aster P features in 12MP single rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash. For selfies and video calling, there is a 20MP front facing shooter with F/2. Aperture and Beauty mode. A 3200 mAh battery powers the hardware and supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging.
Connectivity wise, the phone supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS and USB Type-C.
