Xiaomi has been working on a new flagship phone for some time now. Today, a handset bearing codename Xiaomi Dipper has been spotted at GeekBench. It is believed to be MI 7 smartphone.
The Xiaomi Dipper is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with base frequency of 1.77GHz. It is but obvious that there is Adreno 630 GPU for Graphics.
The handset runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS out of the back and houses 6GB RAM (5649MB precisely). GeekBench did not reveal other specifications. Looking at the scores, The Xiaomi Dipper managed to get 2449 points on Single Core and 8309 Points on Multi-cores.
It is worth mentioning that Xiaomi’s upcoming Mi Mix 2S smartphone is also expected with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and 8GB RAM. Moreover, the Mi 6 successor, the much talked about Mi 7 is rumored to come in 6GB and 8GB RAM options.
