ZTE A520S with budget phone spec sheet certified

ZTE A520s at TENAA

The compulsory Chinese Certification Authority TENAA has certified a new ZTE smartphone. It bears the name ZTE A520S and listed with specifications that are usually seen in budget smartphones.

The ZTE A520S smartphone seems to be an even cut down variant of ZTE Blade A520, which was released in May 2017. Major downgrade is in the camera department.

The A520S packs in 2MP front front camera and 5MP main shooter at the rear with LED flash. It has a slightly underpowered 1.1GHz quad-core processor as well.

This newly TENAA listed ZTE phone measures 143.5 x 71.6 x 8.55 mm and weighs about 137 grams. It has a 5.5-inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.

The handset comes in 1GB / 2GB RAM with 8GB / 16GB storage options. Both the variants allow further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD card.

Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS comes pre-installed. The hardware is juiced up by 2400 mAh battery capacity. TENAA also confirms support for 4G LTE, Gravity sensor, Distance and Ambient light sensors.

Usual options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS and 3.5mm Audio jack should be present as well.

The ZTE A520S comes in White and Black colors. Official release date is not known.
