Alcatel has introduced two new smartphones at CES 2019 which are called Alcatel 1C (2019) and Alcatel 1X (2019). Both of them come with a budget price tag.
The Alcatel 1C (2019) price is just €70 and will soon land in Asia, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Europe. The Alcatel 1X (2019) on the other hand costs $120/€120 and will be available this quarter in North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa
The Alcatel 1C (2019) runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition). It does not include any fingerprint sensor. It is just 9.95mm thick and sports a 5.3-inch FullView display with FWVGA+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It has 1.3GHz quad-core SoC, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM and 200mAh battery. It has 5MP front 8MP rear shooter.
The Alcatel 1X (2019) runs on basic Android 8.1 Oreo OS. It has rear facing fingerprint sensor and a slightly larger 5.5-inch full view display with HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is a quad-core MediaTek SoC and 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM. At the front side is an 8MP shooter while the back side features in 16MP and 2MP dual rear cameras. It supports 4G VoLTE and is powered by 3000mAh battery.
