Huami has announced a new unique smartwatch called Amazfit X. It is a smartwatch that looks like a smartband. It has a button less design with force-sensing and is 5ATM rated for water resistance up to 50meters.
It is equipped with a 2.07-inch AMOLED display which has 92-degree curvature. It is a 2-point capacitive touch screen which offers 206 x 640 pixels resolution and 400nits brightness.
The achieve the 92-degree super arc, glass cover is heated to over 700-degree Celsius followed by 6-step bending process. The arc comfortably wraps around the wrist to achieve “Do Not Disturb” methodology.
It has metallic edges which itself gives a sense of luxury. Thanks to its larger screen size, The Amazfit X displays 250% more data than 40mm Apple Watch series 4.
The smartwatch also houses 205mAh (min) curved battery which offers up to 7 days of usage. Its magnetic charging cable can fully charge the device in about 2 hours.
The Amazfit X houses heart rate monitor which tracks heart beats 24 hours a day continuously and without interruptions. It also includes SpO2 sensor to check blood oxygen levels. There is support for Bluetooth V5.0 and GPS + GLONASS double-positioning.
This Amazfit smartwatch has 9 different sports modes and offers customizable tracking and coaching for every activity. Its Personal Activity Intelligence (PAI) gives you easy to understand assessments, helping one to set and achieve fitness goals.
The Amazfit X has sleep tracking function, which follows 4 stages of sleep (light sleep Stage 1/2, Deep Sleep and REM). It gives accurate and insightful data and help improve sleeping patterns. The smartwatch also help monitor stress levels.

The Amazfit X price starts at $149 (Rs. 11,320 approx.) for early bidders however, its official price is $329 (Rs. 25,050 approx.). It comes in New Moon Gold and Eclipse Black colors and is up for order at Indiegogo crowdfunding platform. Its shipping is expected in August 2020.
