Amazon has introduced its all new Fire HD 8, Fire HD 8 Plus and Fire HD 8 Kids tablets.
The new Amazon Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 8 Plus share similar specifications. They have 8-inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. These are powered by 2GHz quad-core processor.
The Fire HD 8 features in 2GB RAM while the Fire HD 8 Plus sports 3GB RAM. These come in 32GB and 64GB storage options. They offer about 12 hours of usage time however, the Plus model charges slightly faster in about 4 hours and supports Wireless charging.
Both of them include dual speakers with Dolby Atmos. They have 2MP front camera for video calling coupled with another 2MP shooter at the back with 720p video recording support.
The All-New Fire HD 8 Kids Edition comes bundled with Fire HD 8 tablet, one year Amazon FreeTime unlimited (includes over 20,000 kids-friendly books / audio books / videos / education apps etc.) and a new kid-proof case with an adjustable stand.
