Apple has finally scheduled an event on September 7th (10:00 AM PT / 10:30 PM IST) where it is expected to announce iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The event will be held at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California.
Apple will also offer live stream on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch users with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, Mac users with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later, or a Windows 10 users with Microsoft Edge. It also offers live stream for Apple TV (2nd generation or later) users with software 6.2 or later.
Along with the latest Apple phone, company is also expected to unveil its latest Apple Watch 2. It is said to include a bigger battery and support GPS. However, it wont support 4G LTE connectivity according to rumors.
Just earlier today, alleged spec sheet for iPhone 7 / 7 Plus surfaced online. They will have same display sizes but packs in Apple A10 SoC. They are said to have 2GB / 3GB RAM and are expected to come in 32GB, 128GB and 256GB storage variants.
The iPhone 7 / 7 Plus is said to have a larger camera module with 1/2.6-inch sensor and F/1.9 aperture. These phones are also expected to have 1960 mAh and 2910 mAh battery.
