Coolpad has introduced its latest smartphone called the Note 5. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS overlapped with Cool UI 8.0.
It has hybrid dual SIM slots (nano + nano / microSD) and supports 4G LTE with VoLTE (voice over LTE). It has fingerprint sensor on the back side that unlock phone in just 0.1 seconds.
The Coolpad Note 5 specs include 5.5-Inch Full Lamination display with scratch resistant glass. It has 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, 78% screen-to-body ratio and 401 ppi pixel density.
Under the hood is 1.5GHz octa-core Cortex A53 Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 MSM8952 processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 32GB built-in storage and allows further expansion up to 128GB.
The phone measures 152 x 75.7 x 8.85 mm and weighs 173.4 grams. It has full metal uni-body design and houses a 4010 mAh battery inside. It is said to offer about 14 hours of talk time and 350 hours of standby.
The Coolpad Note 5 features in 8MP front camera with F/2.2 Aperture and 80.1-degree wide angle lens. On the back side is 13MP main camera with F/2.2 Aperture, 5P Lens, CMOS Sensor, Dual LED Flash, Auto Focus and records 1080p videos.
Connectivity wise, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, USB OTG, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc. It also include Accelerometer, Geomagnetic sensor, Proximity sensor and light sensor.
The Coolpad Note 5 is priced at $165 (INR 10,999) and comes in royal gold and space grey colour options. It will be available exclusively at Amazon.in
