Fitibit has announced Charge 4, its latest health and fitness tracker. It comes with built-in GPS for tracking pace and routes. It has greyscale backlit OLED display which responds to natural swiping and scrolling.
The Fitbit Charge 4 comes wit most advanced heart rate sensor which offers 24/7 continuous heart rate tracking. It also tracks all-day calorie burn, real-time heart rate zones and Active Zone minutes.
For fitness, it has more than 20 goal-based exercise mode with auto-exercise tracking. Additionally, the fitness band is swim-proof (5ATM, up to 50 meters). It also offers sleep tracking, offering sleep score via Fitbit app. It can also track light, deep and REM sleep stages.
Once you connect Fitbit Charge 4 with smartphones, users can control music / songs, browse playlist and podcasts from the band itself. Its dedicated Fitbit App offers access to health, activity and sleeping stats.
The band offers up to 7 days battery life. There is unique do not disturb or sleep mode to mute calls and set vibrating alarms for reminders. Users also get ability to personalize clock face. It also shows notifications of calls, texts, calendar and apps when your phone is near by. One can also send quick replies on Android.
