We already know that Gionee is working on a new smartphone called S11. Now, live images of the handset showcasing front and back have surfaced.
The Gionee S11 has already been certified by TENAA revealing its specifications. It has also made its way at GFXBench further confirming the specs.
The images are at par with the ones revealed by Chinese authority. We can clearly see a its bezel-less display with is a 6.01-inch (diagonal) AMOLED screen with 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution at 18:9 aspect ratio.
There is a dual camera setup at the back, which consists of 16MP and 8MP camera sensors. Just beside it is LED Flash. A fingerprint sensor is also placed at the rear side. The variant at TENAA reported 20MP + 8MP dual selfie shooters while GFXBench states 4MP + 16MP selfie cameras.
According to TENAA, the handset is powered by 2.5GHz octa-core SoC with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage ROM. This contradicts to GFXBench listing which mentions a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6763 processor with ARM Mali-G71 GPU and 4GB RAM.
Nevertheless, the Gionee S11 is expected to be announced on November 26th. Official details will be confirmed there at the event.
