Google Chromecast 3 announced with improved Wi-Fi, 1080p 60fps streaming

Google has officially announced its 3rd Generation Chromecast at its Pixel Event. Dubbed as Google Chromecast 3, it has has circular design with built-in HDMI cable.

The Chromecast 3 easily plugs into your TV’s HDMI port. Once connected, it can stream TV Shows, Movies, GamesĀ  etc in 1080p resolution. It works with most of iPhones, iPads, Android Mobiles, Tablets, Mac, Windows Laptops and Chromebooks.

Chromecast makes your device a virtual remote. Tap the Cast button to see content on the big screen or open known apps. Moreover, it also allows easy streaming from apps like Netflix and Youtube.

The Chromecast 3 price is just $35 (Rs. 2,600) and comes in Charcoal and new Chalk color with matte finishing. The device will be available at Google Store starting today in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, and the U.S., with even more countries to follow in 2019.
