Huawei’s Honor brand is gearing up for the announcement of Honor 8A smartphone. Company has released a teaser which confirms its launch date.
The Honor 8A is scheduled to go official on January 8. The handset was already certified by TENAA last month with model number JAT-AL00 and JAT-TL00.
The photos revealed by certification authority confirms that there is not fingerprint sensor. It has a water drop notch which is on 6-inch display with 1560 x 720 pixels resolution.
The Honor 8A is expected with 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC with 3GB RAM. It will come in 32GB / 64GB storage options with option for further expansion up to 512GB using MicroSD card.
The smartphone will have dual SIM slots and support 4G VoLTE. It will have 3000mAh battery and will run on Android 9.0 Pie OS out of the box (with EMUI 9.0). There will be an 8MP selfie camera and 13MP auto focus shooter at the back with LED flash.
The Honor 8A is expected in Black, Red, Blue and Gold colors. It will launch next Tuesday on January 8th.
