Huawei’s Honor brand has unveiled a low mid range phone called Honor 8A Pro (JAT-L41). It is the same smartphone introduced in China as Honor Play 8A.
The mobile comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back and runs on Android 9.0 Pie with EMUI 9.0 on top. It has dedicated dual Nano SIM slots and a microSD card slot.
The Honor 8A Pro specifications include 6-inch multi-touch FullView display with 1560 x 720 pixels resolution, 283dpi density and 19:5:9 aspect ratio. As far as dimensions go, it is 156.28 x 73.5 x 8.0 mm with 150 grams of weight.
You get a 2.3GHz octa-core Mediatek Helio P35 processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU (680MHz). It has 3GB RAM, 64GB ROM and allows further expansion up to 512GB as well.
The Honor 8A Pro features in 13MP single rear camera with F/1.8 Aperture and LED Flash. For selfies and video calling, there is an 8MP shooter at the front with F/2.0 Aperture.
The battery inside is of 2020 mAh capacity. Usual connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm Audio jack are present.
The Honor Play 8A price is 13,990 Rubles (US$ 217 / Rs. 15,050 approx.) and comes in Black and Blue colors. The smartphone is already up for sale in Russia.
