HONOR has announced a new budget tablet in China called HONOR Tablet X7. It is an Android Tablet running on Android 10 with Magic UI 4.0 and comes with Huawei Mobile Services.
It comes with SIM slot for 4G LTE support. The tablet itself has dimensions of 199.67 x 121.1 x 8.5 mm and weighs about 325 grams (with battery). It comes with metal body for premium feel.
It has 8-inch IPS display boasting 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, 189ppi pixel density, 300nits (typical) brightness, 60% NTSC color gamut and 10-point multi-touch support. The screen also boasts 80% screen-to-body ratio.
The Honor Tablet X7 feature an octa-core (2.3GHz A53 x 4 + 1.8GHz A53 x 4) MediaTek Helio P22T (MT8768T) processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU (650MHz). It has 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage space which is further expandable up to 512GB.
Other specs of Tablet X7 include 2MP front camera with fixed focal length and F/2.4 Aperture. Coupled at the back is 5MP auto focus shooter with f/2.2 Aperture and 1080p video recording support.
Also included inside this budget Android tablet is a 5100mAh / 4980mAH (min) battery capacity with 10W charging support. Battery is claimed to fully charge in less than 3 hours and gives a theoretical standby time of 895 hours.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0 LE, MicroUSB, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Honor Tablet X7 3GB/32GB Wi-Fi model costs 899 Yuan ($139 / Rs. 10,240 approx.) while 3GB/32GB Wi-Fi variant with Kid-friendly case has price-tag of 999 Yuan ($154 / Rs. 11,380 approx.). The Honor Tablet X7 LTE 3GB/32GB version price is 1199 Yuan ($185 / Rs. 13,650 approx.). It comes in single Blue color.
