Huawei’s Honor brand has just announced Honor V10 (BKL-AL00), company’s latest smartphone in China. It was introduced at a dedicated launch event.
Starting with measurements, the phone has dimensions of 157 x 74.98 x 6.97 mm and weighs about 172 grams. It has Hybrid Dual SIM slots (Nano + Nano / MicroSD) and supports 4G VoLTE.
It has fingerprint sensor at the front, under home button. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.0 on top. It has metal back that gives it a premium feel.
The Honor V10 specs include 5.99-inch IPS FullView display with with 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution. It has 18:9 aspect ratio, 403ppi pixel density and supports multi-touch.
The handset comes in two variants – one with 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM with 64GB/128GB internal memory. Both models allow further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The smartphone features in 13MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. On the back side is 16MP (RGB color) + 20MP (Black & White Monochrome) cameras (dual shooters) with LED flash. They have F/1.8 Aperture and supports PDAF, CAF, and 4K video recording.
The hardware is jacked up by 3750 mAh (typical) / 3650 mAh (minimum) battery and supports 5V/4.5A fast charging as well (goes from 0 to 50% in 30 minutes). Statistically speaking, it is said to offer about 23 hours of talk time or about 22 days of standby.
The Honor V10 price starts at 2699 Yuan (US$ 410 / Rs. 26,350 approx.) for 4GB RAM / 64GB storage model. The premium variant of V10 with 6GB RAM / 64GB ROM costs 2999 Yuan (US$ 455 / Rs. 29,300 approx.) while the top-end variant with 6GB RAM / 128GB memory carries price tag of 3499 Yuan (US$ 530 / Rs. 34,170 approx.)
The Honor V10 comes in Black, Aurora Blue, Red and Gold colors. It will go on sale in China from December 5, 2017.
