Honor has officially unveiled its latest Honor V40 Lite smartphone in China. It comes with an In-display fingerprint sensor for authentication.
The phone measures 160.12 x 74.01 x 7.64mm and weighs 169 grams. The phone is powered by Android 10 OS with Magic UI 4.0 on top,. It has Dual Nano SIM slots with 5G (SA/NSA) / Dual 4G VoLTE support.
The Honor V40 Lite specs include 6.57-inch OLED curved display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is an octa-core (2.4Ghz A76 x 4 + 2GHz A55 x 4) MediaTek Dimensity 800U (MT6873V) processor with 8GB RAM.
The Honor V40 Lite comes with 128GB / 256GB storage options. It has 3800mAh (typical) / 3700mAh (minimum) battery capacity and supports 66W supercharge fast charging. There no 3.5mm audio jack in this one.
The mobile features a 32MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side are quad-cameras which include 64MP (main, F/1.9) + 8MP (ultra-wide, F/2.4) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) shooters and LED Flash.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and USB Type-C audio support.
The Honor V40 Lite colour options include Black, Green and Silver shades. The cellphone is already up for order in China and will go on sale from March 26th.
