Huawei’s Honor brand has launched its latest water resistant tablet in China called WaterPlay 8. It comes with IP67 rating for water and dust resistance and comes with fingerprint sensor for fast unlocking.
The tablet is 7.8 mm thick and is powered by 5100 mAh battery. It packs in an 8-inch WUXGA display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution and boasts 74.13% screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood is Kirin 659 SoC and comes with 4GB RAM options with 64GB storage space. The device also supports further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card
The Honor WaterPlay 8 specs include 8MP selfie camera for video calling and 13MP + 2MP dual camera shooter at the back with LED flash. It has Android 8.1 based EMUI 8.1 pre-installed.
