HTC has launched Its latest U Series flagship smartphone in India called HTC U11+. It comes with Edge Sense technology and runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with HTC Sense U.I.
The handset is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. It measures 158.5 x 74.9 x 8.5 mm and weighs 188 grams. It has fingerprint sensor at the back for added security.
The HTC U11+ specifications include 6-inch Super LCD 6 display with 2880 x 1440 pixels resolution. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top for added scratch resistance.
Other specs include 2.45GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile Platoform with Adreno 540 GPU, 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory (expandable up to 2TB).
The phone packs in Hybrid Dual Nano SIM slots of which, one doubles up for MicroSD card. There is an 8MP front facing camera with BSI Sensor F/2.0 Aperture, 85-degree FOV and 1080p video recording support. At the back side is 12MP UltraPixel 3 rear snappers with dual-LED Flash. It has BSI Sensor, F/1.7 Aperture, 1.4 micron pixels, supports PDAF, 3D Audio and 4K Video recording.
The hardware is powered by 3930 mAh built-in battery with Quick Charge 3.0. Other features of U11+ include HTC USonic with Active Noise cancellation, Hi-Res audio and HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi edition speakers.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual band 2.4/5GHz, Bluetooth V5.0, NFC, GPS/GLONASS, USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 etc.
