Huawei’s Honor brand has just announced its latest budget smartphone with dual rear cameras called HONOR 7A (AUM-AL00). It is powered by Android 8.0 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.0 on top.
The handset not only comes with fingerprint sensor at the back but also supports face unlock. It works by scanning 1024 facial feature points. Apart from that, it has dedicated Dual SIM slots and a MicroSD card slot.
The Honor 7A specs include 5.7-inch 2.5D curved glass FullView display with 1440 x 720 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, 238ppi pixel density and multi-touch support. Processing capabilities are derived from octa-core (1.2GHz A53 x 4 + 1.5GHz A53 x 4) Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 64-bit Mobile Platform with Adreno 505 GPU.
The cell phone comes in 2GB / 3GB RAM options and has 32GB of internal memory. It also allows further expansion up to 256GB just in case you require more. The hardware is jacked up by 3000 mAh typical (2900 mAh minimum) battery.
The Honor 7A features in 8MP front facing camera with soft LED Flash and F/2.0 Aperture and beauty mode. At the back side is dual camera setup with LED Flash. It consists of 13MP (F/2.2 Aperture) + 2MP shooters.
The smartphone measures 152.4 x 73 x 7.8 mm and weighs 150 grams. It supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio Jack
The Honor 7A price starts at 799 Yuan (US$ 125 / Rs. 8250 approx.) for 2GB RAM model and goes up to 999 Yuan (US$ 158 / Rs. 10,320 approx.) for 3GB RAM variant. It comes in Blue and Black Gold colors and will go on sale in China from April 3rd, 2018 at Vmall.
