Huawei has officially announced Band 3 Pro successor and company is calling it as Band 4 Pro. The smartband measures 45 x 19 x 11 mm and weighs 25 grams. It comes with 5ATM rating, making it water resistant up to 50 meters.
The Huawei Band 4 Pro specs include 0.95-inch AMOLED touch color display with 240 x 120 pixels resolution. It includes PPG heart rate sensor for continuous heart rate tracking. It has SpO2 sensor for estimating blood oxygen levels and TruSleep 2.0 for sleep monitoring. It has 6-axis sensors (accelerometer, Gyro) and Infrared wearing detection sensor as well.
The Band 4 Pro uses Bluetooth V4.2 LE to connect with smartphones. It is compatible with devices running on Android 4.4 or later and iOS 9.0 or later. Once connected, the smartband shows call and message notifications. Users can also mute incoming calls from the band itself.
The Huawei Band 4 Pro is also a smart fitness band. It has 11 different sports mode including treadmill running, outdoor running / walking, indoor / outdoor cycling, swimming pool, outdoor swimming, elliptical machine, free training etc. You also get music playback controls for easily changing tracks.
The smartband houses a 100mAh battery which offers about 5 days of usage time. It comes with support for GPS. The NFC inside allows fast and secure payments.
The Huawei Band 4 Pro price is 399 Yuan (US$ 56 / Rs. 4,050 approx.) and come sin Red, Black and Pink colors. It will go on sale in China from December 12, 2019.
