Huawei as expected, has officially announced its two new Nova Series flagships called Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G. The specs revealed are at par with previous leaks.
Both of them similarities in terms of specifications. These come with Dual Nano SIM slots and boots on EMUI 10.0.1 which is based on Android 10. There is a fingerprint sensor for fast unlocking.
The Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G feature in 6.57-inch LTPS LCD 20:9 aspect ratio display with FHD+ resolution. They come with octa-core Kirin 990 SoC with 5G variant housing Balong 5000 modem for 5G connectivity.
These come with dual heat pipes which are liquid-cooled for better heat-dissipation. Its multi-layered heat dissipation design quickly improves the heat dissipation efficiency, keeps the body “cool”, and guarantees the efficient operation of the mobile phone.
The Nova 6 comes with 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM and 4100mAh typical battery. The Huawei Nova 6 5G on other hand houses 8GB RAM and comes in 128GB / 256GB storage options. It has a slightly larger 4200mAh battery capacity.
In terms of optics, there are 32MP and 8MP dual selfie cameras placed inside punch hole. At the back side is combination of 40MP + 8MP (telephoto) + 8MP (wide-angle) shooters and LED Flash.

The Huawei Nova 6 price is 3199 (US$ 455 approx.) while the Huawei Nova 6 128GB variant costs 3799 Yuan (US$ 540 approx.) and 256GB variant price is 4199 Yuan (US$ 595 approx.). Pre-orders start today and selling will commence from December 12th.
