Huawei along with Nova 8 smartphone, has also announced its premium model called Huawei Nova 8 Pro. It is a dual SIM mobile supporting 5G (SA/NSA) and dual 4G VoLTE.
The Nova 8 Pro has dimensions of 162.32 x 74.08 x 7.85 mm and weighs 184 grams. It has In-display fingerprint sensor for fast and secure unlocking. The mobile houses 6.72-inch OLED display with 2676 x 1236 pixels resolution. The screen offers 440ppi pixel density, 120Hz refresh rate and delivers 300Hz touch sampling rate.
The Huawei Nova 8 Pro specs include octa-core (2.56GHz A76 x 1 + 2.4GHz A76 x 4 + 1.84GHz A55 x 4) Huawei Kirin 985 5G SoC with Mali-G77 GPU and Large + Micro core NPU. It has 8GB RAM and comes in options of 128GB / 256GB storage space, which is non expandable.

The mobile features in quad-cameras at the back side. These include 64MP (main, F/1.8) + 8MP (120° utlra-wide, F/2.4, 10X digital zoom) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) shooters and LED flash. For selfies, The Nova 8 Pro houses dual cameras of 32MP (ultra-wide, F/2.4) + 16MP) (portrait, F/2.0) snappers.
The hardware gets fueled by 4000mAh (typical) battery and supports 66W SuperCharge fast charging. The mobile boots on Android 10 with EMUI 11. It has support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz) 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth V5.2 LE, USB Type-C, GPS(L1+L5)/GLONASS/Bediou and NFC. There is no 3.5mm audio jack.

The Huawei Nova 8 Pro 8GB/128GB price is 3999 Yuan (US$ 611 / Rs. 45,060 approx.) while its 8GB/256GB model costs 4399 Yuan (US$ 672 / Rs. 49,570 approx.). The cellphone comes in Midnight Black, Silver, Forest Green and Midsummer Purple colors. It is up for order today and will start selling in China from December 30th.
