Huawei has officially launched Y7 Prime smartphone. It has been listed on company’s Hong Kong official website.
The mobile measures 153.6 x 76.4 x 8.35 mm (H x W x D) and weighs about 165 Grams. It has fingerprint sensor at the back. The mobile runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 UI.
The Huawei Y7 Prime specs include 5.5-Inch in-cell IPS 2.5D curved glass display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, 267ppi pixel density and supports multi-touch as well.
An octa-core (1.4GHz A53 x 4 + 1.1GHz A53 x 4) Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 MSM8940 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
It has has an 8MP front facing camera for selfies and 12MP primary shooter at the back with LED Flash, Auto Focus. F/2.2 Aperture and 1080p video recording support.
The hardware is fuelled by 4000 mAh battery and supports reverse charging as well.
It has Dual SIM slots (4G + 3G) and supports 4G LTE. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1 BLE, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The handset also comes bundled with Proximity sensor, Ambient light, gravity sensor and Compass.
The Huawei Y7 Prime is priced at HK$ 1880 (US$ 241 / Rs. 16,000) and comes in gold, silver and grey color options.
