iQOO has launched its latest 5G flagship smartphone in India called iQOO 9T. The handset is basically iQOO 10 but with different name.
iQOO 9T specifications and features
The iQOO 9T feature a 6.78-inch 2D flexible AMOLED HDR10+ display that gives 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 1200Hz instant touch sampling rate, 8000000:1 contrast ratio, 1.07-billion colors, DCI-P3 color and 1500nits peak brightness. It has SCHOTT Xensation α glass protection on top.
The handset has dimensions of 164.55 x 77.1 x 8.37 mm and weighs 207 grams. It has IP52 splash resistant rating and comes with stereo speakers and Hi-Fi Audio. The cell phone comes with an in-display dual monster touch (left and right area) which can easily be mapped in game and use as a trigger. Additionally, it has dual X-Axis linear motors inside.
The smartphone comes with Dual SIM (nano) connectivity and supports 5G SA/NSA (bands n1/n3/n5/n8/n28/n40/n41/n77/n78) in India. It is powered by Android 12 based Funtouch OS 23 out of the box (will get 3-years worth of Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates). There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for fast and secure authentication.
The iQOO 9T specs include octa-core (up to 3.2GHz) Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform with Adreno next-gen GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR5 RAM (6400Mbps) with 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. The top-end iQOO 9T model has 12GB LPDDR5 RAM (6400Mbps) and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage option. For optimum thermals, it has 3930mm² vapor chamber liquid cooling system installed inside.
It comes with 50MP (main 1/1.57″ Samsung GN5 sensor, F/1.75, OIS) + 13MP (120-degree ultra-wide Samsung ISOCELL 3L6 CMOS, F/1.8) + 13MP (portrait Sony IMX663 sensor, F/1.98, 2x optical / 20x digital zoom) cameras at back with LED Flash. The iQOO 9T feature in V1+ imaging chip inside for better camera performance. For selfies and video calling, it has a 16MP shooter with F/2.45 Aperture.
Other specifications of iQOO 9T include a 4700mAh (typical) battery with 120W ultra-fast flash charging (0 to 50% in 8 minutes, 0 to 100% in 19 minutes). It has support for Wi-Fi 6 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.2, USB type-C, NFC and Type-Audio.
