Sprint has announced that LG Stylo 3 is now available at Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile starting today. The smartphone was first introduced at CES 2017 and is globally known as LG Stylus 3.
The smartphone measures 155.6 x 79.7 x 7.4 mm and weighs 149 grams. This mid-range phablet comes with Stylus. Its tip is thinner (1.8mm diameter) for accurate writing and also includes Stylus-specific software features like Screen-Off Memo, Pop Memo, Capture+, Pop Scanner, Quick Memo+ and Pen Keeper.
The LG Stylo 3 specs include 5.7-inch in-cell display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 258ppi pixel density. A 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6740 processor sits inside along with Mali-T860 MP2 GPU.
It has 2GB LPDDR3 RAM, 16GB eMMC ROM and allows further expansion up to 2TB as well. The cellphone features a 13MP primary camera at the back with LED flash, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording support. On the front side is an 8MP selfie camera.
The battery inside is of 3200 mAh capacity and is removable. It offers talk time of up to 25 hours. Usual options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS etc. are supported as well.
The mobile has finger print sensor on the back (just under the rear camera) and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
The LG Stylo3 is available at Boost Mobile and Vergin Mobile for $179.99 (plus taxes).
