LG has introduced its latest smartphone with entry level specifications called LG U. The smartphone is exclusive to ‘LG U +’ carrier in South Korea.
The phone measures 147.6 x 73.2 x 7.7 mm and weighs about 135 grams.It has glossy uni-body design.
The smartphone features in 5.2-inch in-cell IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and supports multi-touch. It is powered by 1.14GHz octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM.
The LG U Specs include 32GB on-board storage space and allows further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card.
It has 8MP selfie camera on the front and 13MP auto focus camera at the back with LED flash. The hardware is powered by 3000 mAh built-in battery.
The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and supports all the major connectivity options. They include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, W-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
The LG U is priced 396,000 Korean Won which converts to US$ 346. It comes in black, white and pink color options and will be available in Korea from October 31st.
