The Meizu 16 is not the only smartphone that company announced. Along with it, Chinese phone maker has also introduced Meizu 16 Plus mobile.
It measures 160.4 x 78.2 x 7.3 mm and weighs 182 grams. It has a larger 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, 430nits brightness, 374ppi pixel density, 10000:1 contrast ratio and multi-touch support.
Under the hood is an octa-core Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU. It comes in options of 6GB RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB / 256GB (UFS 2.1) internal memory options.
The Meizu 16 Plus specs also include a larger 3640 mAh (typical) / 3570 mAh (minimum) battery with mCharge fast charging support. It has under-display fingerprint sensor and includes Dual SIM connectivity.
The Meizu 16 features in 12MP primary rear camera with 1/2.3″ Sony IMX380 sensor, wide-angle lens, F/1.8 Aperture, 1.55μm pixel size, 4-axis OIS, PDAF and Laser AF support. There is a secondary 20MP rear camera with telephoto lens, Sony IMX350 sensor, F/2.6 Aperture, 3X lossless zoom and 6-LED ring LED flash. There is a 20MP front camera with AI Face unlock and F/2.0 Aperture.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-FI 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), 2 x 2 MIMO, Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc. The mobile runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with FLyme OS. It has dual speakers that deliver loud audio.

The Meizu 16 Plus is up for pre-order in China and will go on sale on August 20th.
