Micromax IN 1B with Helio G35, 5000mAh battery launched

Micromax has announced its latest budget smartphone it its IN series called Micromax IN 1B. It has a plastic built with metallic matte finishing and comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back.

The Micromax IN 1B features in 6.52-inch mini-drop LCD display which offers 1600 x 720 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. Powering inside is 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

The IN 1B Android 10 GO Edition model has 2GB LPDDR4X RAM with 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage space. The standard IN 1B with Android 10 OS has 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It has dedicated MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 512GB.

The smartphone packs in 13MP (main, F/1.8) + 2MP (depth) dual cameras at the back with LED Flash. At the front side is an 8MP AI selfie camera.

The smartphone is powered by 5000mAh battery and supports 10W fast charging. It is said to offer up to 15 hours of 4G talk time or up to 8 hours of Youtube playback or about 4 weeks of standby. Reverse charging is also supported.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, USB Type-C, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Micromax IN 1B 2GB/32GB Android 10 GO Edition model is priced at Rs. 6999. Its standard 4GB/64GB variant costs slightly higher at Rs. 7999. The cellphone comes in Green, Blue and purple colors and will sell online at Flipkart from November 26th.
