Update 01/12/2020: Mobvoi has introduced TicWatch Pro 3 LTE in Europe. As the name suggests, it comes with LTE antennas for making calls and sending messages. For now, connectivity is limited to Vodafone users in Spain and Germany and UK via OneNumber program. Other specs are same as GPS model.
The Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 3 LTE price in the UK and Germany is set at £329/€360.

Original Article: Mobvoi has officially introduced its latest TicWatch Pro 3 GPS smartphone. It runs Wear OS by Google and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 Platform.
The smartwatch offers advanced health and fitness tracking. It weighs about 41.9 grams and has IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
The Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 3 GPS features in 1.4-inch Dual-Layer Display 2.0. It has an outer Retina AMOLED screen with 454 x 454 pixels resolution and automatic brightness adjustments. There is a Backlighted TN Screen under it which is readable throughout the day.
The TicWatch Pro 3 GPS offers centralized Health data (TicHealth), Sleep tracking (TicSleep), Stress management (TicZen), Breathing (TicBreathe) and comes with a speaker and microphone.
It has PPG heart rate sensor for tracking heart beats (TicPulse). The smartwatch can also Blood Oxygen Saturation levels 24/7 (TicOxygen). Further more, it has TicMotion Proactive motion tracking, built-in Barometer and Accurate GPS support.
