A Brazilian Moto G4 community member has posted a picture of Moto G5 Plus smartphone. He had device in hand for testing purposes.
He went on to say that Moto G5 Plus will have Nano SIM slot (previous model’s had MicroSIM) , supports Digital TV and FM Radio. He himself didn’t reveal much but the alleged photo of G5 Plus tells a different story.
The protective plastic reveals some of the key features like a 5.2-inch display with 1080p resolution. It notes a 2GHz octa-core processor, 12MP rapid focus camera and 3000mAh battery with TurboPower charging.
There is a mention of a fingerprint reader and NFC support as well. Strangely, the Plastic film mentions the name of this smartphone as “Moto $$”.
For those who are wondering about the reason for why Moto G5 Plus housess a smaller 5.2-inch display? It could very well be a that company has already released 5.5-inch Snapdragon 625 powered Moto Z Play. Having two similarly spec’d devices is like competition between two phones from same company.
