HMD Global has unveiled a new budget Nokia smartphone called Nokia 1.4. It is powered by Android 10 Go Edition and is upgradable to Android 11 Go Edition in future.
The Nokia 1.4 has measurements of 166.42 x 76.72 x 8.7 mm and weighs 178 grams. It comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and a dedicated Google Assistant button on side.
The phone sports a 6.517-inch display with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. Powering inside is 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 215 mobile platform with Adreno 308 GPU.
Depending on model, the Nokia 1.4 features in 1GB RAM with 16GB Storage or 2GB RAM with 32GB ROM or 3GB RAM with 64GB built-in memory. It has MicroSD card support for further expansion up to 128GB.
The Nokia 1.4 specs also include 4000mAh battery with 5W charging support. In terms of optics, the mobile sports a 5MP front camera and 8MP (main, AF) + 2MP (macro) shooters at back with LED Flash.
The handset includes Ambient light sensor, Proximity and Accelerometer. The phone comes in Single / Dual SIM options. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Nokia 1.4 price is €99 (US$ 119 / Rs. 8,680 approx.) and comes in Charcoal, Fjord and Dusk colors. [source]
