Nokia 8.1 launched in India for Rs. 26999

HMD Global has launched Nokia 8.1 smartphone in India. It is global variant of Nokia X7 and was unveiled earlier this month.
The mobile comes with Hybrid Dual SIM slots, both Nano with one doubling up for MicroSD card. The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie OS and comes with rear facing fingerprint sensor.
The Nokia 8.1 is 7.97mm thick and has weight of 180 grams. Its 6.18-inch Puredisplay offers 2246 x 1080 pixels resolution at 18.7:9 apsect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 96% NTSC Color, 500 nits brightness and DCI-P3 color output. There is Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection as well.
Coming to the internals, there is an octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor with Adreno 616 GPU for graphics. It has 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage and allows further expansion up to 400GB using MicroSD card.
The Nokia 8.1 specs include 12MP primary rear camera with 1/2.55″ Sony IMX363 sensor, F/1.8 Aperture, 1.4μm pixels and OIS. There is a secondary 13MP rear camera with ZEISS optics, F/2.2 Aperture and dual-tone LED Flash. For selfies, it has 20MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture.
The smartphone packs is 3500 mAh typical battery with fast charging. Most connectivity options like dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C are present as well.
