The Nubia X, company’s upcoming flagship is slated to go official on October 31st. Ni Fei (Nubia’s CEO) has confirmed that it is a flagship smartphone and will boast dual displays.
Recently, a phone bearing model name NX616J was spotted at TENAA. Initially, the handset was believed to be called at Nubia Z18s however, latest teaser from Nubia hints to Nubia X.
Live images of the handset already surfaced which clearly showed two screens on a phone. According to its rumored specs, it has 6.26-inch in-cell display with 2280 x 1080 pixels resolution. There is a secondary 5.1-inch AMOLED display with 5120 x 720 pixels resolution.
The mobile is expected with 2.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU. It will have 6GB / 8GB LPPDR4X RAM with 64GB / 128GB UFS2.1 storage options. Also expect side mounted fingerprint sensor and 3800 mAh battery (with Quick Charge 4 fast charging).
The Nubia X is also expected with 16MP (F/1.6, EIS, OIS, PDAF) + 24MP (F/1.6) dual rear cameras with dual-tone LED Flash. There might not be a third camera at the front as you can use rear shooters for selfies. Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS and USB Type-C will be supported.
The Nubia X is expected in Black and Gold colors. Official details will be out by the end of this month.
