The Oppo A79 smartphone has also made its way at TENAA along with Oppo A73. It has a slightly larger screen, a 6.01-inch AMOLED display with 2160 x 1080p pixels FullHD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio.
The smartphone comes with a finger print scanner which is placed at the back. The handset runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box. Talking about dimensions, A79 measures 157.3 x 76.0 x 7.2 mm and weighs 140 grams.
Under the hood is a 2.5GHz octa-core processor and 4GB RAM. It has 64GB internal storage space and allows further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
According to the listing, Oppo A79 features in 16MP front and 16MP rear shooters with primary one being a CMOS sensor. It should support Auto Focus and 1080p video recording.
Despite of a larger screen, the handset is powered by 2900 mAh battery. 4G LTE will be supported as well, along with usual features like Wi-Fi, Hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Oppo A79 comes in Black, Gold and Blue color options.
