Oppo expands its ‘A Series‘ lineup with its latest mid range smartphone called Oppo A83. The handset is already certified by TENAA earlier this month.
The phone features in Face Unlock, that unlocks mobile in just 0.18 seconds. It works by scanning 128 feature points on the face. The mobile runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with ColorOS 3.2.
The Oppo A83 specs include 5.7-inch HD+ display, and octa-core processor and 4GB RAM. There is 32GB ROM which is expandable using MicroSD card.
The hardware gets fueled by 3180 mAh typical battery. In terms of camera, it has 8MP front (with A.I. Beauty) and 13MP rear snappers. Most of connectivity options are supported as well.

The Oppo A83 price is set at 1399 Yuan (US$ 212 / Rs. 13,650 approx.) and comes in Black and Champagne Gold colors. The handset is already up for pre-order and will go on sale from December 29th.
