Oppo has officially launched its new F17 Pro smartphone under its ‘F Series’. It runs on ColorOS 7.2 which is based on Android 10 and comes with special Air Gestures. Company has promised Android 11 update in November.
The Oppo F17 Pro features in 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and boasts 90.07% screen-to-body ratio. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ protection. The screen has punch hole which houses dual selfie cameras (16MP + 2MP) .
At the back side is a quad-camera setup of 48MP (main) + 8MP (wide-angle) + 2MP (mono) + 2MP (mono) shooters and LED Flash. The smartphone has support for up to 4K video recording, slow motion recording, AI Super Night Portrait mode, AI Night Flare portrait and much more.
The Oppo F17 Pro specs include octa-core MediaTek Helio P95 SoC with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage space. It has 4010mAh (typical) battery capacity with 30W VOOC Charge 4.0 fast charging. Oppo says that just 5 minutes of charging gives about 5 hours of talk time. Biometrics are handled by an in-display fingerprint sensor.
