POCO has officially unveiled its latest POCO F2 Pro smartphone at its Global launch event. It is basically rebranded version of Redmi K30 Pro with different tidbits here and there.
The POCO F2 Pro specs include 6.67-inch multi-touch HDR10+ AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. It has 180Hz touch sampling rate for smooth touch experience. It has has an impressive 92.7% screen-to-body ratio and delivers 100% DCI-P3 colors. It has 360-degree ambient light sensor built inside as well. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection at front and back.
Under the hood is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Mobile Platform with Adreno 650 GPU. It comes in options of 6GB RAM with 128GB Storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB ROM. The storage is non expandable though.
The Poco F2 Pro comes with Liquid Cool technology 2.0 which consists of Multi-layer Graphite, Graphene and Super VC which ensures smooth performance, even when gaming. The device manged to fetch AnTuTu score of 589983 points.
The mobile features in 20MP front camera (pop-up module) and supports 120fps slow-motion video capture. At the back side is a quad-camera setup of 64MP (main) + 5MP (telemacro) + 13MP (wide-angle) + Depth sensor. The device also records 8K videos at 30fps.

The Poco F2 Pro color options include Neon Blue, Phantom White, Electric Purple and Cyber Grey. The Poco F2 Pro 6GB/128GB price is 499 Euros (US$ 542 / Rs. 40,700 approx.) while its 8GB/256GB model price is 599 Euros (US$ 650 / Rs. 48,860 approx.) . Availability starts today.
Update 28/May/2020: The Poco F2 Pro has been officially launched in Malaysia. Its 6GB/128GB variant is priced at RM 2199 (US$ 505) while its premium 8GB/256GB model costs RM 2599 (US$ 595). It will go on sale in Malaysia from June 10th.
