POCO has officially unveiled its new M4 Pro 5G smartphone at its launch even. It is basically a rebranded Redmi Note 11. It is same as its predecessor M3 Pro 5G was rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G.
POCO M4 Pro 5G specifications and features
Starting with operating system, the cell phone boots with Android 11 based MIUI 12.5. The Dual Nano SIM slots present inside brings support for 5G (SA/NSA) and Dual 4G VoLTE. The handset itself has cool premium design with dimensions of 163.56 x 75.78 x 8.75 mm and 195 grams weight.
The Poco M4 Pro 5G specs include 6.6-inch LCD Sunlight display boasting 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. Its screen offer variable refresh rate of 50/60/90Hz using Dynamic Switch tech. Its screen delivers 240Hz touch sampling rate, DCI-P3 wide color gamut.
Internal hardware makes up of an octa-core MediaTek Dimesnity 810 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.It has 4GB / 6GB LPDDR4X RAM options with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage space. It has MicroSD card support up to 1TB storage. It has Dynamic RAM expansion technology allows additional 1GB / 2GB RAM expansion in respective 4GB/6GB models.
The cell phone packs in 5000mAh (typ) / 4900mAh (min) battery and supports 33W Pro fast charging (uses MMT charging tech). It can go from 0 to 100% in just 59 minutes. A fully charged battery is said to offer up to 12 hours gaming / 16 hours video / 33 hours reading / 179 hours of music.
Talking about cameras, POCO M4 Pro 5G feature a 16MP front camera with F/2.4 Aperture. At the backside is a 50MP (main, F/1.8) and 8MP (ultra-wide, FOV 119°, F/2.2) lenses along with LED flash. There are stereo speakers for enhanced audio.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC and 3.5mm audio jack.
For audio, Poco has included dual speaker setup for stereo sound. It has flagship level X-axis linear motor, same one used on Poco F3.
Price and availability
The POCO M4 Pro 5G comes in Power Black, Cool Blue and Poco Yellow colors. Its 4GB/64GB model is priced at Euro 229 (Euro 199 under early bird offer) while its 6GB/128GB model has price-tag of Euro 249 (Euro 219 under early bird offer). It will go on sale at Poco’s official site, AliExpress, Goboo and Shopee. Sale starts from November 11th.
