Update 22/4/2022: Realme has officially launched its Realme GT 2 in India. It is basically same as the Chinese version.
The Realme GT 2 8GB/128GB model is priced at Rs. 34,999 while the 12GB/256GB variant costs Rs. 38,999. It will go on sale in India at Flipkart, Realme.com and offline stores from April 28th. HDFC Bank debit / credit card users can avail Rs. 5000 instant discount and other EMI options.

Realme has just announced its latest GT Series smartphone in China called Realme GT 2. It comes in Forged Black, Master Paper, Master Sen and Titanium Blue colors.
Realme GT 2 Specifications and features
It is a dual SIM (nano) smartphone with dual 4G VoLTE and 5G (SA/NSA) support. The mobile houses an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics. It runs on Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on top.
The Smartphone measures 162.9 x 75.8 x 8.6 mm. Its Forged Black and Titanium Blue model weighs about 119.8 grams while the Master Edition is slightly lighter, weighing in at 194.5 grams.
The Realme GT 2 comes with HyperSmart antenna switching technology for enhanced network connectivity. It comes with 8-layer heat dissipation structure consisting of 4129mm² 3D tempered liquid-cooled VC, 3D multi-graphene and Diamond Gel. The cooling system covers total area of 17932mm².
The Realme GT 2 specs include 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED HDR10+ display offering 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 000Hz intelligent instantaneous touch sampling rate, 100% DCI-P3 colors, up to 1300nits brightness (with 10240-level brightness adjustment) and DC Dimming. The screen has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and 92.6% screen-to-body ratio.
The cell phone houses an octa-core Snapdragon 888 mobile platform with Adreno 660 GPU. It has options of 8GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB / 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
For optics, the Realme GT 2 5G Feature in 16MP front camera with Sony IMX471 sensor and F/2.5 Aperture. At the back side are triple cameras with LED Flash. These include 50MP (main, Sony IMX766 sensor, F/2.2, OIS), 8MP (119-degree ultra-wide, F/2.2) and 2MP (4cm macro, F/2.4) lenses.
The smartphone packs in 5000mAh (typ) battery and supports 65W flash charging. It can fully charge the device in about 33 minutes. Realme has included Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio. It includes USB Type-C Audio support.
The Realme GT 2 supports Wi-Fi 6 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V.52, USB Type-C, NFC and dual-band GPS/GLONASS/Beidou/QZSS/Galileo/NavIC.

The cell phone is up for order and will go on sale in China from January 7th. For a limited period, company is offering 100 Yuan discount. The handset was announced along side Relame GT 2 Pro 5G flagship.
