Realme recently unveiled Q5i smartphone in China. Now, company has introduced vanilla Realme Q5.
Realme Q5 specifications, features
The mobile comes in measurements of 164.3 x 75.6 x 8.5 mm and scales at 195 grams. It has fingerprint sensor on side for biometrics.
The dedicated dual Nano SIM slots allow 5G (SA/NSA) and dual 4G VoLTE connectivity. The cell phones runs on Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on top. It has single speaker for audio.
The Realme Q5 specs include 6.6-inch multi-touch LCD display that gives 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate and 600nits of peak brightness.
Under the hood is octa-core Snapdragon 695 mobile platform with Adreno 619L GPU. It has 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM options with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The top-end model with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB UFS 2.2 storage space. It does allow further expansion as well.
The Realme Q5 feature in 5000mAh battery and allows 60W fast charging. It has 16MP front camera with Sony IMX471 sensor and F/2.05 aperture. At the back side are 50MP (main, F/1.8), 2MP (depth, F/2.4) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses with LED Flash.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.

- 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage model: 1599 yuan (US$ 249 / Rs. 19,070 approx.)
- 8GB RAM + 256GB Storage model: 1799 yuan (US$ 280 / Rs. 21,450 approx.)
The Realme Q5 colour options are Phantom, Dusk and Sunrise Blue. It is already up for order in China and will go on sale from April 27th.
