Samsung Electronics America has announced its latest Notebooks called NoteBook 9 Pen and NoteBook 9 (2018). They are not only powerful but also light weight and are equipped with a larger battery.
The Samsung NoteBook 9 Pen is a 2-in-1 PC with a refined design. It has full metal chassis with Metal12 alloy (lighter than aluminum) that provides added durability. It has 360-degree hinges for added flexibility.
The 2in1 comes with refined S Pen that enhances usability. The S Pen is battery free and features 4096 levels of pressure with 0.7mm tip and tilt detection. It has air commands that automatically launches once pen is removed. Moreover, there are several S pen features like shortcuts, Samsung Notes, Auto desk Sketchbook etc.
Talking about Samsung Notebook 9 (2018), it comes in different variants sporting displays ranging form 13.3-icnh to 15-inch screens. The Laptop is 15.4 mm thick and weighs about 2.84 pounds. It has about 6.2mm slim bezels around the screen for immersive experience.
The 2018 Notebook 9 is has durable metal body made using Metal 12 alloy. It is equipped with 75Wh hexacell battery, which is Samsung’s largest and most powerful battery in a laptop. Additionally the battery supports fast charging as well.
The notebook comes with Windows Hello for secured authentication using Fingerprint sensor. It also comes with IR fornt facing camera for facial recognition. It has unique Privacy Folder for storing sensitive data as well.

The Samsung Notebook 9 Pen and Notebook 9 (2018) will be available in in select countries starting December 2017 in Korea. US markets will get them in Q1 2018. Both Laptops will be showcased at CES 2018 in Las Vegas.
