Samsung Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A02s unveiled

Samsung has finally announced Galaxy A 2021 lineup of smartphones. These include new Galaxy A12 which is successor to Galaxy A11 and Galaxy A02s which succeeds Galaxy A01.

The Galaxy A12 will be available from January 4 with prices from RRP 179 euros, while Galaxy A02s will be available from February 15 with prices from RRP 150 euros.

The Galaxy A12 sports a stylish design with premium matte finishing. It is powered by Android 10 OS and includes Samsung Knox Security platform.

It has measurements of 164 x 75.8 x 8.9 mm and weighs about 205 grams. It has side mounted fingerprint sensor and comes with Dual SIM support. It has 5000mAh battery inside with 15W fast charging support.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 features in 6.5-inch Infinity-V display with HD+ resolution. Pumping inside is octa-core (2.3GHz + 1.8GHz) processor. The handset comes in options of 3GB / 4GB / 6GB RAM with 32GB / 64GB / 128GB storage options (depending on market). It has microSD card support for further expansion up to 1TB.

In terms of optics, there is an 8MP front camera with F/2.2 Aperture. At the back side are quad camera setup which include 48MP (main, F/2.0) + 5MP (ultra-wide, F/2.2) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) shooters and LED Flash.

The Galaxy A12 comes in Black, Blue, White and Red colors.

This particular handset comes with 6.5-inch Infinity-V display with HD+ resolution. It has 1.8GHz octa-core processor inside with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It has MicroSD card support up to 1TB as well.

The Galaxy A02s features in 5000mAh (typical) battery with 15W adaptive fast charging. It has 5MP front camera with F/2.2 Aperture. At the back side are 13MP (main) + 2MP (macro) + 2MP (depth) shooters and LED Flash.

Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0 and GPS will be supported.
