Samsung has officially announced its latest Galaxy A Series smartphone called Galaxy A73 5G. It comes with an Ambient Edge design and sports IP67 water resistant rating. The handset comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection at front and back.
The Samsung Galaxy A73 5G feature in 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display that offers 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate.
It has octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G mobile platform with Adreno 642L GPU. It has 6GB RAM with 128GB storage space. The top end version sports 8GB RAM and 256GB storage space. Both models come with microSD card support up to 1TB.
The Galaxy A73 5G specs include 32MP front camera with F/2..2 Aperture. At the back side are 108MP (main, F/1.8, OIS), 12MP (ultra-wide, F/2.2), 5MP (depth) and 5MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses with LED flash.
The mobile phone itself measures 163.7 x 76.1 x 7.6 mm and weighs 181 grams. It has hybrid dual Nano SIM slots and supports 5G SA/NSA and dual 4G VoLTE. It comes with stereo speakers (sound by KG, Dolby Atmos) and USB Type-C audio support.
The Galaxy A73 5G houses a 5000mAh (typ) battery and supports 25W fast charging. Sadly, charger is not included in the box. The device sports an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The handset run on Android 12 with Samsung One UI 4.1 on top.
