Samsung has already started teasing a new smartphone in China, which is said to be Galaxy C9 (SM-C900). Now, the same smartphone has landed in TENAA, Chinese certification authority.
The mobile was recently spotted on GeekBench and GFXBench which revealed some of the specification details as well. Now, TENAA has further verified the details.
According to the listing, Galaxy C9 Specs include 6-inch AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 16M color depth. Multi-touch will be supported as well.
The phone measures 162.9 x 80.7 x 6.9 mm and weighs 185 grams. It will be powered by 4000 mAh battery. It will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
Under the hood is an octa-core (2GHz x 4 + 1.4GHz x 4) Snapdragon 652 (MSM8976) processor with Adreno 510 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and 64GB of on-board storage space, further expandable using MicroSD Card.
The Samsung Galaxy C9 will feature 16MP front facing camera, which will surely attract selfie lovers. On the back will be another 16MP camera unit with LED flash.
Fingerprint sensor for added security will be present as well. The handset will support 4G LTE (with new antenna patter on the back), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, ANT+, Bluetooth V4.2, NFC, GPS etc.
The Samsung Galaxy C9 and Galaxy C9 Pro are expected in Gold, Silver and Rose Gold color variants. They are expected to go official in China later this month.
