Samsung has expanded its Chromebook offering with its latest Galaxy Chromebook 2-in-1. It boots on Chrome OS and allows easy connectivity with smartphones thanks to its Click-to-call and Messaging apps.
The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2-in-1 features in built-in S-Pen which helps users draw, write or navigate laptop. It has fingerprint scanner for security and houses a backlit keyboard.
The notebook measures 302.6 x 203.2 x 9.9 mm and weighs about 1.04 kg. It has 13.3-inch AMOLED touch screen display with 3840 x 2160 pixels 4K resolution.
It comes with 10th generation Intel Core i5 prodcessor with up to 16GB LPDDR3 RAM and up to 1TB of SSD storage space. There is a 49.2Wh typical battery which powers the hardware.
The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2-in-1 specs include 1MP front camera coupled with 8MP shooter on the keyboard deck. You also get an integrated digital dual array microphone and a mono microphone.
In terms of connectivity, its has Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) 802.11ax 2×2, USB Type-C x 2, UFS/MicroSD card reader and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook price is US$ 999.99 (Rs. 71,900 approx.) and comes in Fiesta Red, Mercury Gray colors. It will be available in Q1, 2020 in United States.
