Samsung has launched its latest mobile called the Galaxy On8. It has Dual micro SIM slots with Dual Standby and supports 4G LTE.
The smartphone measures 151.7 x 76 x 7.8 mm and houses 3000 mAh Li-Ion battery inside. It has 5.5-Inch Super AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and supports multi-touch. It has Fingerprint sensor as well for added security.
The Samsung Galaxy On8 specs include 1.6Ghz octa-core Exynos 7580 processor with 3GB RAM. It has 16GB internal storage ROM and is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD card (dedicated slot). It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
The smartphone is equipped with 13MP main camera on the back with LED Flash, Auto Focus, Touch Focus, Animated photo, Anti-fog, HDR, Panorama and 1080p video recording capabilities. On the front is 5MP secondary camera with F/1.9 aperture and LED for selfies, which takes HDR photos as well.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS / GLONASS, NFC, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Samsung Galaxy On8 price is set at US$ 239 (INR 15,900) on Flipkart. It comes in White, Black and Gold colour options and will be available from October 2, 2016. It will be a part of Flipkart’s Big Billion Days offer.
