The GFXBench, a popular benchmark which has been a source of several leaks lately. Today, an upcoming Samsung Tablet called Galaxy Tab Active 2 (SM-T395) has made its way.
The listing has revealed most of its specifications, thus putting an end to several rumors. For starters, it runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
This Android Tablet packs in an 8-inch screen that offers 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and will support at least 5 fingers multi-touch gestures. The device should probably have water and dust resistant properties.
It is powered by Samsung’s very own 1.5GHz octa-core 64-bit Exynos 7870 14nm processor with Mali-T830 GPU for graphics. It is backed by 3GB RAM and 16GB Internal storage space (about 11GB should be user available). It does not mention expandable storage capacity but there should be a MicroSD card slot
According to the listing, Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 (SM-T395) features in 5MP front camera that records 1080p videos. On the back side is an 8MP primary shooter with LED Flash, Auto / Touch focus, Face Detection and 1080 video recording support.
This particular variant is listed with single SIM slot and it should support 4G LTE. Other options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC are also present. It also comes with Accelerometer, Proximity, Gyroscope, Ambient light sensor and compass.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 (SM-T395) is expected to go official soon.
