Samsung will soon unveiled its new clamshell smartphone in China which will be called as Galaxy W20. Ahead of its announcement, the handset with model number SM-A2020 has been certified by TENAA. It
The listing has not only revealed photos of Galaxy W20 but also its specifications. For starters, it will be a dual screen smartphone powered by Android 9.0 Pie OS. The SM-A2020 model basically seems to be 5G variant of Galaxy Fold.
The Galaxy W20 sports a 7.3-inch primary AMOLED display with 2152 x 1536 pixels resolution coupled with secondary 4.6-inch screen with 1680 x 720 pixels resolution. It has 4135mAh battery inside.
The smartphone runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 855+ chipset (2.956GHz + 2.4GHz + 1.78GHz) coupled with 12GB RAM and 5 12GB storage space. MicroSD card support is not present though. The handset comes with total of six cameras.
The Galaxy W20 (SM-W2020) sports 10MP cover camera coupled with 10MP and 8MP front facing dual shooters. At the back side is 16MP + 12MP + 12MP triple rear cameras.
All the connectivity options like 5G Sub6 / mmWave (28G, 39G), 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), VHT80 4×4 MIMO, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, USB 3.1, NFC, MST will be supported.
The Samsung Galaxy W20 will come in White color. It is expected to go official in China on November 19th. For now, the handset seems to be exclusive to China Telecom.
