Samsung Gear IconX Bluetooth earbuds announced

Samsung has announced its new Gear IconX Bluetooth earbuds along with Gear Fit 2 smart GPS band.

The Gear IconX works without smartphone and can easily track heart rates, speed, distance, calories, duration etc. The earbuds work on Bluetooth V4.1 and has special P2i Nano coating, thus making it splash resistant. The earbuds have 47 mAh battery and its charging cases sports 315mAh capacity.

It is compatible with most of the phones running on Android 4.4 or higher and has 1.5GB RAM or more. It has stand alone music player as well allows users to transfer music between smartphone and Gear IconX. It is possible via Samsung Gear Application. The device sports 4G internal storage memory, supports 15 different languages and can store up to 1000 songs.

These fitness tracking ear bud is equipped with Accelerometer, Heart Rate sensor and supports capacitive touch, which helps users launch activity tracking and receiving real-time status updates.

The Samsung Gear IconX will be released in Q3, 2016 and comes in White, Blue and Black colour options. It will be available in three different sizes of eartips and wingtips. Pricing details were not revealed.
